Hi Gary, The specifications state that the unit is 16" wide. So it should. However, I think it would depend on your window. There's mounting hardware and a frame-like thing to take into consideration. Ours arrived on a day when our electrician happened to be here and he set up the units for us. I'm not sure if I could have done this on my own. I realize that this isn't really much help, but the bottom line for me at least is you can't just pop this thing in your window and turn it on. If you've install A/C units in your home before you probably won't have any problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey, gary! The model you selected will not fit a 22" wide window as the A/C requires a 23"-36" window width. ~Courtney
