“Is this a back breather unit. For in wall a/c it is supposed to be a back breather. If not will it still work if in wall sleave. Won't the sleave block the side vents on the unit”

• So yeah the sleave it comes with has openings on sides and top as well as back... They suggest that you removed the sleeve and install it first.. Then slide the unit in.... Yes you can install the sleeve it comes with thru the wall... There's no need to purchase a separate sleeve... But if you can find one in that size good luck... Cuz it's bigger than the thru the wall AC units...
