Q: QuestionDoes the condensation from this unit need to be manually drained? Where does that water build-up go? Thanks!

The air conditioner will use condensation it pulls from the room to help keep the internal components cool. Q: QuestionDoes this unit have the auto feature where it automatically turns off the fan and compressor when the desired temperature set is reached and then turns them back on when the room heats up? Thanks

Q: QuestionDoes this unit vent on the sides? It says it is also for through wall install...is there an accomodating wall sleeve avail?

• A:Answer the same sleeve that is used for a window mount is used for the through the wall mount. The venting is through part of the sleeve but not all the way to the fron of the unit.

Q: QuestionHi, One question response says it can't be used in freezing temps. However, the "From the Manufacturer" section of the product page says, "and Heat year round - and in all temperatures." Also gives -5 to 75 F acceptable range for the heater. Which is it?
