How many square feet will it cool null

It will cool up to 1600 square feet

I have it cooling down my 1st floor that has a kitchen loft. Which is open to the living room... All the way to the back where there's 2bedrooms. My space is about 1060sqft.. I also recommend either ceiling fans or some sort of fan if your want to go the distance... But it can cool down a lot. And it's very sensitive to temperature.. One of the rooms lead to the yard and if the door is open from all the way on the back the AC turns on...

This cools up to 1600 square feet.
