QuestionHi, why does this unit say it requires a minimum window width of 31 inches when the width of the unit is only 26.5 inches?

- Answer The actual unit is 26.5 inches, but if you are installing in a window you also need space for the adjustable window spaces. That accounts for the extra 4.5 inches.

- Answer It works quite well. At 16,000 BTU, that is a lot! Just don't rely on it as the primary heater. Love this feature!

- Answer That’s a great question, George! The heating feature on the air conditioner FFRH2522R2 is unable to be used in below freezing temperatures. We do not recommend using the heat feature as a primary source of heat. The heating feature will maintain a temperature between 55°F to 80°F. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-
