“Hello - I have a wall sleeve that is 17 height. Can the sleeve be removed from this unit so that it is height 17 instead of 18.625? Thanks.”

Hi OPD! Based on the Installation Guide, I am not seeing that it is recommended to remove the sleeve. I hope this helps! -CiCi
