Q: QuestionWhat are the length and width dimensions of the doors on this refrigerator? What is the distance from the floor to the top of the refrigerator door? From the floor to the top of the freezer door?

Q: QuestionA button plug trim was missing from the front of the refrigerator on delivery. It is very small in size no more than 1 inch wide. I called your company and they sent a button plug which is too large. Can you give me the part number for the correct size?

Q: QuestionThe fridge is quite loud. It does shut off, but it’s loud enough to be heard in the bedroom. Is this normal? I also found some water leaking from the vent openings in the back. Is it normal? Both set to “recommended” cooling setting.

• A:Answer yes it does run louder than my last one, which from other reviews i saw before buying it seems normal. there should be a tray in back that water collects from the defrost cycle, if any. more collects from a higher humidity areas. if its leaking from some other place, i would ask if you had a ice maker. if not you might want to call for service

• A:Answer If you look carefully the 21 has a drawer hanging below the left top shelf. The 14 does not. You'd think a representative from Frigidaire could explain but that is my visual conclusion based on looking at the online pictures.
