- Answer Don’t purchase ANY refrigerator from Best Buy! They delivered a very damaged refrigerator. Then told us it would take 3 to 4 months for a replacement. Customer Service was AWFUL!!! We bought a better refrigerator at Lowe’s for a cheaper price.

QuestionIn the event of a power failure, does the refrigerator power on when power is restored, or do you have to do a reset before it powers up?

- Answer Hello, GarageFrig. Thanks for your question. In the event of a power failure, this model requires no resetting efforts! We recommend (if you can) to unplug the unit during the power failure and when power is restored to plug your unit back into the outlet. Remember to allow 4-8 hours for the fridge’s temps to stabilize and try not to open the fridge. Feel free to reconnect with any additional questions about our refrigerators.
