QuestionHi, I bought FFTR8814TW0 earlier this year. The retailer confirmed that the fridge can be kept in the garage if I install a garage kit. Now I don’t see this model listed as compatible with a garage kit. Can I still install the garage kit on this fridge?

Top-Freezer Refrigerator (FFTR1814TW), it does appear there are fixed front rollers and movable rear rollers. The unit is frost free and has two temperature controls one inside the fridge section; the other inside the freezer. Hope this helps. QuestionThe fridge is quite loud. It does shut off, but it’s loud enough to be heard in the bedroom. Is this normal? I also found some water leaking from the vent openings in the back. Is it normal? Both set to “recommended” cooling setting.

- Answer yes it does run louder than my last one, which from other reviews i saw before buying it seems normal. there should be a tray in back that water collects from the defrost cycle, if any. more collects from a higher humidity areas. if its leaking from some other place, i would ask if you had a ice maker. if not you might want to call for service
