A:AnswerHi There! This model does not come with an icemaker installed. We do see that there is an option for one to be added. To add the icemaker you would simply need to order icemaker kit #IM116000. Hope this information is helpful!

In researching the specifications for our 18.1 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator (FFTR1814TW), it does appear there are fixed front rollers and movable rear rollers. The unit is frost free and has two temperature controls one inside the fridge section; the other inside the freezer.

A:Answeryes it does run louder than my last one, which from other reviews i saw before buying it seems normal. there should be a tray in back that water collects from the defrost cycle, if any. more collects from a higher humidity areas. if its leaking from some other place, i would ask if you had a ice maker. if not you might want to call for service
