A:AnswerHey there, Larry! To level the cabinet use a flat-blade screwdriver or ⅜ inch socket wrench to raise or lower the front rollers. Do not raise the cabinet more than 9/16 inch. Use adjustable wrench to adjust leveling screws. Lower the leveling screws on each side clockwise until they contact the floor. A:AnswerHi, sillygirl! To remove the freezer shelf, you will need to move it to the left side completely and then when you pull the end out of the holes in the cabinet, you can pull the shelf up so the other end can be released. ~ Brandi
