“We're looking to replace our ancient Frigidaire upright freezer. It's a manual defrost, which we actually prefer. Can we turn off the auto defrost on this model or can you recommend a manual defrost model? Thanks”

Hi, Nadler369. The majority of our upright freezers feature our auto-defrost, and this cannot be turned off or changed to manual defrost. The only current model we could locate with manual defrost is freezer FFUM0623AW. Hopefully this helps, but let us know if you still have questions! ~Margaret
