- The ice maker On/Off switch is located inside the freezer compartment on the ice maker unit itself (typically on or near the top/right of the ice maker assembly). 
- Open the freezer drawer and look at the ice maker unit in the upper area — you should see a small slide switch labeled On (I) / Off (O). 
  - Move the switch to the “I” (On) position to turn the ice maker on.
  - Move it to “O” (Off) to turn the ice maker off.
