“Does the bulb inside the fridge protected by a plastic or is it freely just there with no protection?”

• No cover. The bulb is not covered. But it is high up and hasn’t been an issue with me.

• Judging from the one picture, it looks incased. I have not yet bought this fridge however, and haven't seen it in person.
