You can set the temperature up or down depending on just how cold you really want it to operate. If your unit is in a garage or area where the temperature is below 50° F, adjust the freezer control to the coldest setting to improve performance. Keep the refrigerator temperature at or below 40° F (4° C). The freezer temperature should be 0° F (-18° C).
