• Yes it makes the nugget ice. The system uses a recirculating overflow/meltwater recovery that is pretty awesome. Ice makers I’ve had in the past have forced me to connect a drain or manually empty an overflow, this one solves those problems. I love it.

• Hello , this ice maker makes nugget ice .For drain , there are two tubes behind the machine .you can take off when its full and its drain will be on the floor and this unit does not have the recirculation .Thank you .
