“How does one turn off or open the locked mode? Why does the "Power" item read "Off"? We have done nothing to change this power option..”

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, Duckbuster! While in the locked state, you will not be able to change any settings on the display nor dispense ice and water. You are able to exit the control lock mode by pressing the "control lock button". Also, if your display is showing power off the button may have selected by accident but no worries. To exit this mode press and hold to "power off" for three seconds to turn it back on. You are able to view additional information pertaining to these features on page 19 in the manual.
