Hello, Alex. Thank you for your questions. The manufactures warranty information can be located in the Owner's manual on page 32. The last thing we want you to do is return the appliance, however, Best Buy would be happy to relay that information to you. Please give your local Best Buy dealer a call for information on their return policy. -R'Shaye
