There is water at the dispenser and the green button is on but no water going in the tray

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes there is a button that lights up green when you push it. When you open the freezer door and open the ice container flap, it should be on the front. It would be lit up green if it is on. It’s a round button.

If you are having trouble getting it to work, first make sure it was installed properly and has access to water and power!
