QuestionHow do you change the wash / heat cycles. I cannot change it from sanitize to hot heat. In fact, I can't change any options at all. The settings are stuck on the same ones when I did my first wash. Unplugging it does not work as tech support suggested.

- Answer Mine has a ‘control lock’ on the panel. It’s for childproofing. It says hold for 3 seconds to lock or unlock controls. If you do not have this model then press and hold the ‘delay start’ for 3 to 5 seconds.

- Answer There is NO cord, it's 2 short wires, black and white. Also a grounding wire. Not sure you can connect a cord with plug. I hardwired mine to a cord that runs behind my wall and in the attic and connected to the breaker box.

QuestionThe “hold for 3 sec” options don’t work. Holding the dry button for 3 seconds doesn’t bring up the delay 4 hours light. Holding start button for 3 seconds doesn’t cancel the cycle. Is there something else I should be doing before I return this dishwasher?

- Answer I just installed it today. During the check for leaks, it instructed me to run it long enough to hear the water fill, then hold cancel for 3 seconds to pump out water. The instructions said the pump process takes 90 seconds. After I added dishes and ran a 1hr cycle to complete, I accidentally hit a button- I had to open the door and press and hold cancel for 3-4 seconds. Haven't messed with the delay 4 hours yet.

You can also order a cabinet seal kit (kit # 154528701) and an air gap kit that are available from a plumbing supply store. QuestionI cannot get the water to run, only the motor runs when I start a cycle. It went through 1 full cycle last week with no issues, but now the water will not run on my 2nd use of it. It is BRAND NEW! do I need to Re-set it?? Please help!
