• Whatever was necessary to install was within the package. All I had to get was a foam strip to put in the space between where the window meets the air conditioner.

• The kit includes a pleated quick mount.

• Everything you might possibly need is included with the unit in its packaging - you will likely have some pieces left over (they are extra!). Foam surround, adhesive-backed tape, insulating inserts for the expandable panels, screws, etc. Setup was easy, and a one-man job!
