A:AnswerHello, MLH. The temperature display typically shows the target or set temperature, not the actual internal temperature. This can sometimes lead to confusion, especially if the unit is not cooling properly. Given that your refrigerator is showing a target temperature of 37°F, but the internal temperature remains at 85°F after a day, it suggests that the refrigerator is not cooling as it should. Kindly try these troubleshooting steps:
Unplug the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes, and then plug it back in to see if it resets.
Check if the fridge is in demo mode, which can prevent cooling.
Ensure the doors are properly sealed and closed.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us via Live Chat at Frigidaire.com or call us at 1-800-374-4432, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. EST, and we’ll be happy to assist. - Christi

A:Answer“Dual ice maker ready” means the refrigerator comes with one built-in ice maker and is designed so you can add a second ice maker (usually in the freezer compartment) if you want extra ice capacity. This gives you more ice production for parties, entertaining, or heavy daily use, but the second ice maker is optional and may require an additional accessory to install. - Jessica

A:AnswerThere was a separate additional charge ($50, IIRC) to remove the old appliance. No, they won't install if there's no hookup, and I also learned the hard way that the hookup MUST include a shutoff valve! The unit I was replacing was over 20 years old and the water line was run to it without a shutoff valve. So installers refused to install till I got a plumber to add a shutoff valve back there. (without a shutoff valve, if the fridge starts leaking, the only way to turn off the water to the fridge is to turn off the water to the whole house, and they understandably did not want to be liable for excessive water damage.)
