Q: QuestionWhat type of ice does it make? Does it make white frosty ice which is soft and easy to bite into and the crushed ice is so soft. Or the clear hard ice?

Q: QuestionDoes the temperature display indicate the internal temps or just target values? Unit never started cooling. Shows the target temperature of 37 F for frig when the unit is 85 F inside after 1 day! Like it needs a signal to START cooling!!

Q: QuestionThe listed measurement says the depth of this fridge is a little over 33 inches but in the reviews someone noted it was actually 35 inches and they had to return it. Which measurement is correct? Does the measurement listed include the handles?

Q: QuestionDoes delivery include bringing the refrigerator into kitchen with no hookup? Also, I do not find an option to remove old appliance.

• A:Answer There was a separate additional charge ($50, IIRC) to remove the old appliance. No, they won't install if there's no hookup, and I also learned the hard way that the hookup MUST include a shutoff valve! The unit I was replacing was over 20 years old and the water line was run to it without a shutoff valve. So installers refused to install till I got a plumber to add a shutoff valve back there. (without a shutoff valve, if the fridge starts leaking, the only way to turn off the water to the fridge is to turn off the water to the whole house, and they understandably did not want to be liable for excessive water damage.)
