Q: QuestionHi I'm considering buying this oven and I wonder what different things does it do so just I see selfcleaning and has sabbath mode. what other features does it have? is it convection? Other features thank you

Q: QuestionWill your staff come out prior to purchasing the unit to ensure it will fit.... Would seem silly to order something and then find out after fact that it will not fit.I Is there a cost for them to measure?

• A:Answer I plan to purchase a double wall oven, but I need to be sure it will fit. Home Depot sends out a tech to ensure the opening will work and if needed would recommend how they could make it fit. What does Best Buy offer other than dimensions of the unit. I also want someone to come out and confirm that not only will the unit fit or they can make it fit, but that the electrical outlet in place will work for this equipment. Your sales person said they do this at no charge. Please confirm

Q: QuestionIf I choose to have Best buy install this oven, will they send a person out to the house to measure the cutout before I buy it? I don't want to buy the oven,have it delivered and and then find out that they can't install it.

Q: QuestionThe oven is beeping continually. How do we shut off the beep The panel says end?

• A:Answer Hi, BestBuy Customer! Thanks for stopping by! To stop the oven from beeping, try pressing the Time On/Off button, to cancel the timer function. When the Timer is selected and has ended, End will flash on the display and beep every 30 seconds until Timer On/Off has been pressed. This information is located inside of the use and care for your wall oven on page 13. -Katrina
