Questiondoes it come with a hose for automatic drain into a sump pump so I don't have to worry about lifting the water to drain it? or at least a hose connection and I can buy a short hose to fit my needs? It is for my basement. Thank you, Cindy

- Answer Good Morning Leon! We suggest proper operating temperatures for the dehumidifier to be installed in is between 41°F to 90°F. Any temperatures outside of that could cause the dehumidifier to work improperly. We hope this information is helpful. –Thanks!-

Questionwhat installation is required? doesn't it just plug in.?

- Answer There is not much installation involved. You basically have to take all of the Styrofoam and tape off of it and its ready to go. Make sure you read the manual. I usually don't but luckily I did. It says to leave on CO (continuously on) for the first few days.

QuestionHow do you get the filter cover panel off for cleaning? I have pulled with my fingers on the two tabs, and it bends but does not come off. Afraid that if I use pliers it will break! There are NO instructions on how it comes off, so it must be easy, NOT.

- Answer I ran into this today. It is certainly not as easy as the booklet shows. I pulled on the tabs until there was a small opening at the top, wedged the tip of my finger in and popped the filter off that way. Putting it back in was much more straightforward.
