• Hi Peter, the opening is for a 24" inch microwave. The exact opening dimension is 24 1/4" by 12 7/8". Hope this helps.

• Hi Peter. The inside dimensions of the trim kit itself are approximately: Height 13-5/8", Width 24-7/16", and Depth 19-5/8" which are the exterior dimensions of the microwave it is designed to pair with. ~ Anna
