Hey Cueball! The window filler kit does not need to be drilled or screwed into place. It will open to fit the space of 26.6 inches to 48.5 inches. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used the supplied screws to secure it to the window frame my window frame is plastic so no drilling however it will stay without the screws but it will not seal very well
