It comes with 2 pieces if I remember correctly and was too short for my window. So I cut out a piece of plywood and used it in place of the second piece and it worked perfectly as seen in the attached photo.

However, here is what I was able to locate. I was able to see that sashes are 26.6 inches long and the exhaust hose goes from 13.6to 56 inches long. I hope this helps! -CiCi
