“We are having difficulty keeping the attachment "snapped" into the window kit. It doesnt fit snugly in the hole. Suggestions?”

• I had the same problem at first it was a pain but I got mine to snap in the hole with a bit of elbow grease lol try to fit one side in first then the opposite. Also I'm using tape to hold the window kit panels in place since I didnt want to use screws, works fine so far

• I used super glue & put a heavy object on it to hold it in place for a few hours while it dried. So far so good
