• Rob, we do not recommend the use of extension cords. Units that have a “Single Circuit” label should not be plugged into outlets, extension cords, surge protectors or circuits with other appliances. This can damage the unit and overload the circuit. Operating a unit at the wrong voltage is dangerous. ~Maggie

• I'm using a 15A extension cord since its own cord didn't reach the outlet. Running pretty good. I've just made sure that the connection isn't loose on the extension cord.
