“Is is it normal that water is leaking from the bottom if you dont drain the water? Can you leave the plug from where you drain it open so it can drain it self while its on ?”

However, if for any reason the bottom tray gets full, you will possibly receive a “P1” message on your display that alerts you to drain the tray; which is normal.
