“Does this AC come with all the necessary supply to install the AC in the window like the Accordion looking sidings to fill the window as well as the screws to keep it in place etc... Because all it says on what's included is the owners manual and the AC?”

Yep, comes with everything. It has the accordion siding things, but then also has these inserts you cut to fit once installed to cover up the accordion so it has a more finished look.
