“On my AC the Styrofoam behind where the air comes out looks cracked. Very noticeable when sunlight comes through. Is it supposed to look that way or is the Styrofoam supposed to be in one piece? Please describe how it is supposed to look. Thanks.”

• My styrofoam is not cracked. I think that you should repair or replace your air conditioner to be safe.
