A:AnswerHello! When the filter reset light comes on, the air conditioner is prompting you to clean the filter. To do so, open the front panel and slide the filter out. It can then be wiped off with a microfiber cloth or cleaned with water and mild dish soap. Be sure to allow it to dry completely before putting it back into the air conditioner!
