• You mean something for it to rest upon? There should be. I have Pella windows from a big box store, hardly something unique. The configuration of the vinyl the unit rests upon doesn't match the small diagrams in the manual. It gave me fits but I eventually rigged up something. Sometime when I get the time and ambition I might fabricate a block to go between the unit and the window so that it doesn't crush the vinyl and mess up the seal of the window at the bottom.
