“Our Frigidaire mini frig. Model # FRC05L5DB0 is several years old . Recently, canned soft drinks have frozen and even exploded in it, regardless of the setting (dial inside with numbers 1-7 ). Is there any control or adjustment other than the 1-7 dial ?”

The only temperature control I have found is the dial with a 1-7 range.
