Thank you for reaching out to us, Nikki! Leveling feet (located on the front) are used to ensure that all 4 corners of the unit are resting firmly on a solid floor. Turn the leveling feet clockwise to retract the feet and counterclockwise to extend the feet. Ensure the floor is strong enough to support a fully loaded unit.
