• Hi, Peggy! Ice in the refrigerator section may be a result of a poor seal on the door or that the door has been left open for a period. We would recommend unplugging the refrigerator and allowing it to defrost, as well as checking the seal on the door for any visual gaps or damage. ~Ashton
