“I questioned droplets on the back interior wall. Frigidaire's response was less than adequate, they gave a phone number to call, NO ONE answers. It just hangs up the call. Prior to ?ing here, I had called the number given, they never could help.”

Thats harmless condensation from warm air coming into the fridge when you open the door. You should turn your temp control to a slightly colder setting. Hope it helps
