Q: QuestionIs there a burner lock feature on this stove? We have turned on the burners mistakenly too many times. Last time we were painting and had a plastic tarp over the stove to protect it and melted it to the burner.

• A:Answer Hi there! No, the Frigidaire range model FCFE3062AS does not have a built-in safety lock feature for the cooktop burners. The burners are controlled by physical knobs on the front control panel. The model does, however, have a Control Lock feature that locks the oven's digital controls and door. This feature is for the oven only, not the stovetop burners. If you are concerned about the safety of the burner knobs, generic third-party safety locks designed to fit over range knobs can be purchased from various retailers. - Patrick

Q: QuestionOur very brand-new range is developing cloudy spots on or under the cooking glass, coinciding with where pots are located. We have tried every safe cleaning method, but the spots are still there. Could it be linked to the "grease" the glass has from new?
