Does this unit produce very much heat? null

It produces and blows out heat. Not sure how to value "very much".

It does create warm air. Not hot, but warm.

Yes it does which is why I returned it.

I have not noticed much heat being given off.

I haven't noticed much heat. The air is a dryer, warmer air than goes in, but it doesn't seem to heat up the area much to be a concern.
