Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The unit does shut off when the tank gets full, yes. Great unit; reasonably quiet and does an excellent job pulling moisture out of the air. My only complaint is that the fan does not shut off when it reaches the desire humidity level.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there is a styrofoam float that detects when the reservoir is full. The unit will cut the air flow and go into standby mode until emptied. It will also sound a series of audible beeps to indicate that it is full.
