QuestionDoes the fan shut off on this unit when the set humidity level is reached ? A continuous running fan wastes a lot of electricity.

- Answer Yes, the fan will ONLY run to reach setpoint. I would however be very mindful of drainage location. My drain was 7 ft above built-in pump level (on a stand-pipe) and I'm having drainage issues. If you are draining below the pump, then I wouldn't worry. Hope this helps.
