• This model doesn't have a pump in it. You either need to have the hose pitched down so gravity pulls the water out or where the hose start to go up install a pump inline with back flow preventer.

• Check the connection for the drain line per instructions. Make sure drain line is not clogged, kinked, or blocked and flows freely.
