“The humidity setting is now at CO when it is normally at 50%. When I pushed the button to increase the level, it didn't beep and didn't go up. When I push the down button, it beeps but doesn't change. I have reset it by taking the plug out. Any thoughts?”

Thank you for reaching out to us Zach11! Pressing the humidity down arrow will lower the Relative Humidity and eventually enter the continuous operation (CO) mode. Typically, pressing the up arrow will the exit this mode. Good luck. Mine is saying CO. Unplugging it for an hour and plugging it back in started up with CO display. Buttons do not work. They beep but nothing else. Basement hygrometer has RH at 59%. My other Frigidaire has EC code, freezes up. Junk. just purchased Airecoler 125 pint dehumidifier with 5 year warranty.
