“I bought this about 3 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. As of a couple of weeks ago, I can’t get the water bin to come out. It is stuck with no way to get it out. I’m hoping there is an easy way to fix it without breaking it.”

Hi Bill! We apologize about the difficulties you are experiencing with removing your bucket. To remove the bucket, press sides if bucket gently to unclip the bucket from the unit, use the front handle to pull the bucket away from the unit, until you are able to grasp the top handle to carry. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same problem on our initial purchase. When the unit is tilted too far or placed on its side, the handle moves up just enough to block the bin's removal. Try wiggling the bin and tapping on the front top of the bin.
