Hi WDB! Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. In researching, we were able to locate a similar message "EC". Typically, an “EC” message is dealing with the operating conditions. The outlet voltage should be 115V±10% and the surrounding temperature should be within the range of 41 °F to 96 °F. You would want to unplug the unit and plug it in again under the normal operating conditions. This can assist with the “EC” message you are receiving. Should this not resolve your concerns, please reach out to us or your retailer at your convenience. -CiCi
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your unit has stopped, it most likely needs the collection bucket emptied. I don't know exactly what the CE stands for, but I imagine it stand for something like "Container Empty." At any rate, if you unit has stopped, most likely the collection bucket is full and needs emptying.
