“I just bought unit brought it home run for 2hours cut off and can not get to come back on completely dead. Is there anything I can do it is getting power to plug.”

set it to the lowest setting 60 because once the room temperature is same as the setting it cuts off until it get hotter then comes on

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you lay it in its side to get it home? The coolant in these must sit upright for 24 hours before you use it. Otherwise when you put it upright and you will have air gaps in the coolant that cause the system to shut down. Wait 24 hours then try again. After it has been upright for that amount of time. You may have to unplug it from the wall to reset it for approx 20 minutes. Then plug it back in. If this doesn’t work then call the manufacture help line. The Best Buy I bought mine from let me know this after I bought it. NEVER transport this on its side. It will ruin your compressor. Hope this helps. Have a great day
