“I want to install this in my kitchen / living room area. They are separated by a half wall with an island top. Each room is under 300 sq ft. I have 11 foot ceilings. Each room has a ceiling fan. Is this unit large enough for the cubic feet involved?”

Hello, Jim1590. Thank you for your inquiry. In reviewing the capacity chart for our air conditioners, it does appear for your room’s square footage we recommend a 12,000 BTU model.
