• My experience with that was not good. They sent it out by UPS who was late and would only drop the unit in my garage rather than upstairs as promised. The installation crew was three hours late and did not know how to make a "through the wall" installation.

• I had mine delivered but I never checked about installation. Just give your local Best Buy a call and ask them.
