“my unit is 2 years old. flexible hose pops out of connections Is there a way to secure the hose at both ends? It occasionally pops out at the window and sometimes where it is connected to the unit. I have tried taping it but it doesn't last. Some other brands(newer units) have addressed this problem in their design. Help”

• I have the same problem and I use duct tape to hold mine in place

• I used the self-adhesive insulated strip that came with the unit to secure the window end of the hose to the part that is secured to the window. It works very well.
